Welcome to Portal ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of portalbyav.com and any services we provide, including elite chatting, fan engagement management, strategy consulting, and related offerings. By accessing our website or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.
Portal is a selective creator management sanctuary. Our core service is elite chatting and fan engagement, where we assign dedicated professional chatters who mirror your unique voice. We also offer optional social growth strategy and content elevation consulting. We work with a very limited number of creators to maintain high standards.
Applications are reviewed personally. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without explanation.
All services are governed by a separate Creator Management Agreement. That agreement prevails in case of any conflict with these Terms.
You retain ownership of your content and accounts. You grant us a limited license to access and manage your accounts solely for providing the agreed services.
6.1 Core Service: Charged at 30% of the Creator's net earnings on selected platforms (after platform fees, before taxes). Earnings are calculated bi-weekly based on official payout reports. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
6.2 Additional Services: Social Growth & Strategy: $350/month. Content Elevation & Consulting: $60/hour. Agreed in individual Creator Management Agreements.
6.3 Payment Terms: All payments in USD via SEPA, WISE, or PayPal. Late payments may incur interest. Portal provides a monthly earnings and fee breakdown.
6.4 Fee Changes: Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance and will only apply to new billing periods or upon mutual agreement.
Either party may terminate services according to the terms in the Creator Management Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding three months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portal's jurisdiction of registration. Disputes shall first attempt informal resolution, then proceed to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms in the future. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance.
At Portal, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Visitors & applicants: name, email, contact details, platform username, earnings range, IP address, browser data. Clients: account access credentials (manager level), fan conversation data, earnings data, communications.
Performance of contract, legitimate interest, and consent (where required for marketing communications).
We may share data with our team members (under strict confidentiality agreements), service providers (under data processing agreements), and legal authorities when required. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined or as required by law.
